How to Make a Complaint

A homeowner in Orange talking with an HVAC provider beside an outdoor AC unit

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Rawturns Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Rawturns Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Rawturns Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@rawturns.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
